Place your order

Unless you choose to pay now, nothing is charged when you place an order. We check your artwork, send you a proof that opens on your phone, and nothing goes to press until you approve it — your tax invoice follows that, paid by bank transfer or card.

Placing an order needs JavaScript, because your basket lives in your own browser rather than on an account.

Send the details to the order desk instead — we confirm the delivered price by email, usually the same business day. Same people, same proof step, and you pay after you have accepted the price.

Print and signage are couriered, so we need a street address — couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box. We deliver Australia-wide at the same price; your postcode tells us how long the courier needs.

PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, TIFF or a ZIP. Bigger than 12MB? Order now and reply to our confirmation email with a Dropbox, Drive or WeTransfer link — that is normal for large print files.

We check every file before it goes anywhere near a press — bleed, resolution and safe area. If something is wrong we tell you, and you see it in your proof either way. Pre-check it yourself with the free prepress tools.

Anything else we should know — optional

Paying

Nothing is charged now. We check your artwork and send you a proof. Once you approve it we email your tax invoice with our bank details, your order reference and a link to pay by card if you prefer, and the job goes on the press when that payment lands.
