We check every file before anything is charged — bleed, resolution and safe area. If something is wrong we tell you exactly what, and you will see a proof before it prints. You can pre-check it yourself with the free prepress tools.

We ring about the proof, not to sell you anything. A number that answers is the difference between a job that runs tomorrow and one that waits a week.

Suburb and state are all we need to quote it. The street address comes later, once you have approved the proof — there is no point typing one out for a price you have not seen yet.

Send the details and we confirm the exact price by email, usually the same business day — digital and large-format print is quoted that fast; only signage that needs a site measure takes longer. No artwork yet? Our in-house design team sets it up and we quote the design with the print. You pay only after you have accepted the quote — and nothing prints until you have approved a proof.

What happens next

1 · We check and confirm

We preflight your artwork and confirm the price by email, usually the same business day. The configurator price is honoured unless the spec changes, and it already includes delivery.

2 · Proof before you pay

A link opens on your phone. Zoom, mark it up, approve — and you see exactly what you are buying before any money changes hands. The full six steps.

3 · Invoice, then production

Once the proof is approved we invoice you — pay by bank transfer or by card from the invoice — and the job goes on press when payment clears. Anything already priced on the site can be ordered from the cart instead — same proof, same invoice after approval, and nothing charged up front on either path.
