HSH Printsand Signages Call

See your proof before we print it. Delivered Australia-wide · approved by you, not by us.

Six steps

How ordering works, and where you get to say no

Most of this will be familiar. Steps three and four are the ones that are different: you see and approve the proof before you pay anything, and it is the reason people move to us after being let down somewhere else.

Choose it and see the price

Pick your size, stock, finish and quantity. The price updates as you go and includes GST. Delivery is in that figure too, so the number you see is the number you pay.

Most printed products go straight into a cart: choose where it is going and place the order; delivery is already in the price. Shopfront signage, vehicle signage and promotional products are quoted instead — they depend on a site measure or a supplier’s stock, so the desk prices those by hand.

Quantity is shown as a ladder, so you can see what the next bracket costs before you decide. Going from 250 to 500 business cards usually costs less per card than you expect.

Send your artwork

Upload a print-ready PDF, or use our free prepress tools first if you are not sure it is right. We check bleed, resolution and safe area in your browser before you order — so if the file is wrong you find out now, not on the proof.

Do not have artwork? We can design it. Our in-house design team does this all day, and it is priced per job rather than per hour — see design and setup. If you have a file that is nearly right — Canva, an AI image, an old PDF — setting it up is free with every print order.

See the proof — and mark it up if it is wrong

We send a link. It opens on your phone with no login and no app. Zoom in, drop a pin exactly where the problem is, draw on it, type what needs to change, and send it back. You can answer three ways: approve it, approve it with changes, or ask for changes.

Nothing goes to press until you approve. Nearly every online print service either shows you no proof at all or emails a flat PDF with no way to mark it up, and that is where most print disappointment comes from.

Try a sample proof — a business card you can zoom, pin and answer yourself. It is a demo: nothing is sent.

This runs on Proof System, software we built ourselves rather than licensed — if you run a print shop and want the same sign-off flow for your own customers, that is where it is sold.

Then you pay — not before

Once you have approved the proof, we email your tax invoice: GST shown separately, delivery included, our bank details and the order reference to quote — and a link to pay by card on Stripe’s secure page instead, if you prefer. Nothing is charged before this.

Nothing is paid until you have approved what you are buying. Change your mind before then and you owe nothing, less any design work you asked us to do first. Quoted jobs work exactly the same way: price, proof, approval, invoice.

It prints close to where it is going

Your job goes to the nearest press we work with, in New South Wales, Queensland or Victoria. Bulky work like corflute and banners runs in the state it is going to wherever we can, which is what keeps freight sensible. Either way it is with you in 2 to 4 working days on most print, signage and banners, from payment, delivered, anywhere in Australia (allow 1 to 2 working days longer outside NSW, QLD and VIC); presentation folders (5-7 working days), coasters (6-7) and printed t-shirts (4-5) take longer, and their pages say so. If anything threatens that date we tell you before it does, not after. Your proof page carries a private tracker link that shows where the job is, live, with the due date on it: received, artwork, your approval, payment, printing, dispatched, delivered. Real jobs, with the dates off those trackers, if you would rather see it than be told it. Need it sooner? Ask — a tighter date is quoted per job — talk to us or put the date on the order request.

We are the desk, not the press — who we are and how that arrangement works.

It arrives

Couriered to you with tracking. Installed signage is booked in with the crew who measured it.

Need it sooner? Ask. A tighter date is quoted per job rather than promised off a page — talk to us or drop the date on the order request.

If a date is immovable, put it on the order. We tell you before you pay whether it can be met, rather than after. An auction, an opening or a members’ night is not a thing to find out about late.

What we print for this

Proofed before they run

What happens if something is wrong

Worth reading before you need it

If the job does not match the proof you approved, that is ours. We reprint it. You do not pay twice and you do not argue about it.

If it matches the proof you approved but the proof had a typo in it, that is not ours — which is the honest reason the proof step is worth two minutes of your attention rather than a reflexive click.

Custom-printed goods carry no change-of-mind right under Australian Consumer Law, which is standard across the industry. Your consumer guarantees for goods that are faulty or not as described are unaffected, and the approval trail is what settles which of those applies.

Ready when you are

Start with one job

No account to open, no minimum spend, nothing to sign. Send the next thing you were going to print anyway and judge us on that — it is a better test than anything written on this page.
