Request this orderA coaster sits in front of every customer for as long as their drink does, which is longer than any menu gets read. These are 95mm on 355gsm beermat board — the thick, absorbent board pubs use — printed full colour with your logo, and in three shapes: round, square and rounded square. For bars, cafés, breweries and wineries, and for weddings and events, with the names and the date as something guests take home.
The price you pick is the price you pay. Delivery Australia-wide is included, and the price per coaster falls fast as the count goes up — $3.23 each at 50, $0.87 each at 1,000.

Coasters are printed on one side; the back is plain board. A QR code, the Wi-Fi details or an offer goes on the front beside your logo, and you see it on the proof before anything prints. A custom size or a shaped outline needs its own cutter and is quoted.
Common questions
How much do custom printed coasters cost?
$161.70 for 50 round coasters, delivered, and $873.18 for 1,000 — $0.87 each. Every price includes GST and delivery Australia-wide; square and rounded square cost the same as round from 100 up.
What is the smallest order?
50 for round coasters and 100 for square or rounded square. Coasters are sold in runs of exactly 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 — pick the run at or above the count you need — and over 1,000 is quoted.
What are they made of?
355gsm beermat board, the thick, absorbent pulp board used for pub coasters. It soaks up condensation rather than sliding on it, and it takes full-colour print on the face.
Can you print on both sides?
No — coasters are printed on one side, and the back is plain board. Put everything on the front: the logo, and a QR code to your menu, your review page or your booking link, the Wi-Fi details or an offer if you want one. A 95mm coaster has room for a logo and a code of about 25mm, which scans comfortably from a table.
Can I get a custom size or shape?
Yes, quoted. A size other than 95mm, or an outline in your logo’s shape, needs its own cutter — send the job and the price comes back within 4 business hours.
How long do coasters take?
6-7 working days from payment to your door, delivery included. Payment follows your proof approval, so the clock starts once the artwork is right. For a wedding or an event, order at least two weeks out and put the date in the order notes.
Is delivery really included?
Yes. The price on this page is the price you pay, delivered to any street address in Australia. There is no freight line at checkout for coasters.
What happens if the job arrives wrong?
Tell the desk as soon as it lands, with a photo of what you received. If the fault is in the making, it is remade under the reprints policy; if it is in the artwork, we say so straight rather than reprinting the same mistake.

What a coaster is for
Cafés and restaurants
Your brand where the cup lands, with the Wi-Fi password or a code straight to your menu or your Google review page beside it.
Weddings and events
Your names and the date on the bar, in the style of the welcome sign. Fifty round coasters from $161.70, delivered.
Setting up the artwork
Set the artwork at 101mm — the 95mm coaster plus 3mm of bleed all round — and keep the logo and any wording at least 5mm in from the finished edge: coasters are cut to shape, and the outer few millimetres are the part a wet glass and a thumb wear first. A QR code needs to be at least 20mm across and dark on a light ground to scan in a dim bar.
Not sure your logo will hold up at coaster size? Run it through the free resolution checker first; nothing is uploaded. If it is a low-resolution file, logo to vector will tell you whether it can be traced — or send what you have: setting up a good file is free with the order, and a logo that needs redrawing is quoted first.
