Delivery
We make everything in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria and deliver Australia-wide, at the same price in every state. Everything you can order online is priced with delivery included — there is no freight line at the cart and no handling fee afterwards. Signage we measure and other quoted work comes with delivery in the confirmed price. Your complete delivered price is confirmed before you pay.
The clock starts when you pay
This is the single most useful thing to understand about the timeline. The turnaround shown on a product page — 2 to 4 working days on most products — made in 24 to 48 hours, then delivered — and longer on presentation folders (5-7 working days), coasters (6-7) and printed t-shirts (4-5), delivered — runs from when your payment lands — which follows your proof approval — not from when you place the order.
So a job ordered Monday, approved Monday and paid Monday is well ahead of one approved Thursday. If a date matters, approve quickly and pay the invoice the same day.
The 12pm cut-off. Approved and paid by 12pm Sydney time on a working day, production starts that day; after 12pm, it starts the next working day. See turnaround in the terms of sale.
Christmas. Production is closed from Friday 18 December to Monday 4 January; the last orders before the break are those approved and paid by 12pm Tuesday 15 December. Over the break, quotes and special requests still come by email. See the Christmas dates.
Production, then freight
Total time is production plus delivery, and the figure on the product page covers both: a metro address in the states we print in lands at the short end, a regional or remote one at the long end, and any other state or territory takes 1 to 2 working days longer outside NSW, QLD and VIC on top. If anything threatens the date — a press fault, a courier delay, a file that needs another proof — we tell you before it does, not after. Your proof page carries a private tracker link that shows where the job is, live, with the due date on it: received, artwork, your approval, payment, printing, dispatched, delivered. Need it sooner? Ask — a tighter date is quoted per job — talk to us or put the date on the order request.
We produce close to where the job is going wherever we can, which is what keeps freight short and cheap. It matters most on the bulky things: corflute, A-frames and rigid board are charged by volume rather than weight, so an interstate run on signage can cost more than the signage. That is why each product carries its own delivery inside its own price, rather than one flat charge across everything — a flat figure would overcharge a box of business cards to subsidise a pallet of corflute.
What delivery costs
Nothing on top. On everything you can order through the cart — business cards, plain business cards, christmas cards, greeting cards, flyers, brochures, presentation folders, posters, stickers and decals, qr code stickers, label rolls, corflute and site signs, a-frame signs, premium a-frame signs, pull-up banners, flags, table throws, vinyl banners, coasters, swing tags, printed t-shirts, real estate stickers, premium business cards and appointment cards — the figure on the product page already includes the courier to any street address in Australia, and the cart adds no freight line. Corflute is sold in fives for the same reason: a courier charges about the same for one board as for ten, so the price carries it once.
Signage we measure, vehicle work and anything else we quote comes with delivery written into the confirmed price. Your complete delivered price is confirmed before you pay. You will not meet a delivery charge for the first time on an invoice.
If collecting would suit you better, say so at the checkout and we will tell you with the proof whether that can be arranged. Giving us a street address rather than a site with restricted access is what keeps the date.
Where we deliver
Everywhere in Australia: every state and territory. Production sits in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, so metro and major regional addresses there are the quickest. Allow 1 to 2 working days longer outside NSW, QLD and VIC — that is Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the ACT — and remote or far-regional addresses anywhere can take a day or two more. The price is the same in every state: the extra is time, never money.
Signage we fit is the exception. Shopfront and vehicle signage is measured and installed in New South Wales and Queensland only; we will still print and courier vehicle graphics and window film elsewhere, for you or your local installer to apply. Ask and we will say what can be done.
We deliver to street addresses and to construction sites. We cannot deliver to a PO box, because couriers will not carry printed cartons to one.
Nobody home
If nobody is available, the courier follows its own process — usually a card and a redelivery or a depot collection. Tell us in your order if the address is a site with restricted hours, or if there is a safe place to leave a carton, and we will pass it on.
If it arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours and photograph it before unpacking any further. Freight damage is nearly always obvious from the outside of the carton, and a photo of the damaged packaging is what settles a claim quickly.
We will remake and resend a damaged delivery. What we cannot do is establish what happened to a carton that was signed for, unpacked, and reported a fortnight later — so the 48 hours genuinely matters.
If the courier is running late
Delivery times are estimates: we make your order and hand it to the courier on time, and from there the courier sets the pace. If it is late we chase it, pass on the tracking and keep you posted. A courier delay is not something we refund or discount, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it — but if the courier loses an order, or it has not turned up 5 working days after the estimate and cannot be found, we reprint and resend it free. The detail is in the terms of sale.
Got a fixed date — an event, an opening, an open home? Tell us before you order. A date is only agreed when we confirm it for your order in writing.
Rush jobs
Sometimes possible, depending on the product and where the presses are at. It is never a surcharge applied silently: if a deadline needs a rush, tell us before you order, and we will quote it or tell you plainly that it cannot be done. See reprints and remakes for what happens when we are the reason something is late.
Turnaround for each product is shown on its own page — see products and prices.
