These are measured before they are priced. Wall substrate, height, access, power and council approval all change the number, and a configurator that pretends otherwise produces a quote we would have to withdraw. You will still see an indicative range — then we book a site visit.
Prices include GST and delivery on everything you can order online, and the ones we measure are quoted with delivery included. Everything is proofed and approved by you before it runs. Common questions
Where do you deliver?
Everything goes Australia-wide, at the same price in every state. It is made in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria (NSW, QLD and VIC), so allow 1 to 2 working days longer outside NSW, QLD and VIC. Bulky work like corflute and banners runs in the state it is going to wherever we can, which is what keeps freight sensible. Signage we fit ourselves is New South Wales and Queensland.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes — every price on this site includes GST, and your tax invoice shows the GST component separately. Delivery is included in the figure the configurator shows as well, so the cart adds no freight line.
How long does printing take?
Printed products take 2-4 working days from payment, delivered. Your proof page carries a private tracker link that shows where the job is, live, with the due date on it: received, artwork, your approval, payment, printing, dispatched, delivered. Need it sooner? Ask — a tighter date is quoted per job — talk to us or put the date on the order request. Shopfront signage is measured and fabricated rather than printed, and runs 3 to 5 weeks.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums are per product: 10 stickers, 250 business cards or flyers, and one for posters, corflute signs, A-frames and banners. Promotional products are sourced rather than printed here and usually start between 25 and 100 depending on the item.
Do I have to approve a proof before it prints?
Yes — nothing goes to press until you have seen a proof and approved it. We send a link that opens on your phone with no login and no app: zoom in, drop a pin where something is wrong, draw on it, and send it back. If the job comes back wrong against a proof you approved, that is on us and we remake it.
Can you order print for me if I have no artwork?
Yes — our studio does artwork for print, and it is priced per job rather than per hour. Say what you need on the order request and we quote the design and the print together. If you have artwork but are not sure it is right, the free prepress tools check bleed, resolution and safe area in your browser without uploading anything.
