Vehicle signage
We are rated5.0on GoogleSee your proof before it runs. Made in NSW and QLD.
Indicative range
$350 – $6,500
A set of cut decals — name, number and website on both sides and the rear — sits near the bottom. A full wrap on a large van with printed graphics over every panel sits at the top. A partial wrap, which is the value option most people should take, lands in the middle.
What moves the number
- Coverage. Cut decals, partial wrap, or full wrap. This is the biggest single factor by a wide margin.
- Vehicle size and shape. A flat-sided van takes vinyl far more easily than a car with deep curves and creases.
- Make, model and year. Panel shapes change between model years; a template that fits a 2019 van may not fit a 2023 one.
- Hardware. Handles, mirrors, fuel flaps, roof rails and window rubbers all add fitting time.
- Condition. Vinyl bonds reliably to factory paint. It bonds to a cheap aftermarket respray by lifting it.

Fixed written quote within 3 working days
Vehicle signage is printed and cut vinyl applied to a car, van, ute or trailer — a full wrap, a partial, cut lettering, or magnets that come off at the weekend. It turns a vehicle that is already doing its rounds into signage nobody pays per impression for. Priced against your actual make, model and year rather than a generic van shape, because panel curves and door seams decide how much material a job really takes.
What we fit
- Cut decals
- Name, number, website
- Partial wrap
- Lower panels or rear
- Full wrap
- Whole body
- Magnetic signs
- Removable, per pair
- Window graphics
- Perforated one-way
- Vinyl life
- 5–7 years
Cast vinyl removes cleanly from factory paint within its rated life. Left far beyond it, sun-baked adhesive can take clear coat with it — so remove on schedule, especially on a lease.
Common questions
How much does vehicle signage cost?
Vehicle signage is quoted against your actual make, model and year rather than from a price list, and the indicative range on this page is a range rather than a quote. Coverage is the biggest factor by a wide margin: a set of cut decals on both sides and the rear sits near the bottom, a full wrap on a large van sits at the top, and a partial wrap lands in the middle. You get a fixed written quote within 3 working days.
How long does it take to wrap a vehicle?
Cut decals take a couple of hours, a partial wrap is about half a day, and a full wrap is two to three days off the road. Plan for the vehicle being unavailable rather than assuming you can drop it in at lunchtime. Fitting happens indoors in a controlled space, because dust and temperature both decide whether the adhesive behaves.
Should I get a wrap or just decals?
Get cut decals if you need a name, a number and a website read from behind; get a partial wrap if you want the vehicle to read as branded without paying for full coverage. A full wrap is worth it when the vehicle is the main advertising channel and the design needs the whole panel. Cost, coverage and lifespan compared.
Can you put our logo on a van?
Yes, that is most of what vehicle signage is: your logo, name and number on the doors and the back, as cut vinyl lettering, printed decals or a full wrap. Send the make, model and year and a photo of each side, and we quote against that vehicle rather than a generic van shape. For something that comes off at the weekend, magnetic signs do the same job.
How long does vehicle vinyl last?
Vehicle vinyl is rated for five to seven years. Cast vinyl removes cleanly from factory paint within that rated life; left far beyond it, sun-baked adhesive can take clear coat with it, so remove it on schedule — particularly on a leased vehicle. Vinyl bonds reliably to factory paint and unreliably to a cheap aftermarket respray.
Do I have to bring the vehicle in for a quote?
No — photos of each side square on plus the rear, with the make, model and year, are often enough for a quote with no visit at all. The dimensions tool lets you mark measurements straight onto the photos in your browser, and nothing is uploaded because there is no upload endpoint.
Do you fit vehicle signage in NSW and QLD?
Yes — wraps, cut decals, magnets and perforated window graphics are fitted by installers in your own state across New South Wales and Queensland. There are legal limits on graphics across the driver's field of view and the rules differ between the two states, so we check that before quoting rather than after fitting.
What happens if the job arrives wrong?
Tell the desk as soon as it lands, with a photo of what you received. If the fault is in the making, it is remade under the reprints policy; if it is in the artwork, we say so straight rather than reprinting the same mistake. When your print arrives wrong walks through what to photograph and what to expect.
Design it for someone driving behind you
Three things, maximum
A vehicle is read at speed, usually from behind, by someone whose actual job right now is driving. That is perhaps two seconds of attention and room for about three words.
Who you are, what you do, how to reach you. Put the phone number large and on the back, because the rear is the only panel anybody looks at for any length of time. Everything else is decoration, and decoration at 60km/h is noise.

How it runs
Photos and vehicle details
Each side square on, plus the rear, with the make, model and year. The dimensions tool lets you mark measurements straight onto the photos in your browser. Often enough for a quote with no visit at all.
Design on your actual vehicle
A mock-up rendered onto a photo of your van, not a stock template. You see exactly where the artwork meets the door handles before anything is printed.
Fixed quote and a fitting date
Cut decals take a couple of hours. A partial wrap is half a day. A full wrap is two to three days off the road — plan for it.
Fitted indoors
Vinyl is applied in a controlled space, not on a windy forecourt. Dust and temperature both decide whether the adhesive behaves.
