Real estate signs for a listing that moves fast
A listing has a shelf life measured in weeks, not months. The print around it — the board out front, the agent's cards, the open-home sign — needs to turn around in days, not the week a national print chain quotes for a local job.
What most agencies order
Per listing, and per agent
For sale / sold boards
5mm corflute, double-sided as standard for a board that faces the street both ways. Five for $160, delivered.
Open home A-frames
Weighted so it survives a Saturday on the footpath, with replaceable panels for next weekend's address.
Open-home pointer signs
Arrows on the same 5mm board — left, right, ahead or down — sold as a matched pair so the run to the property reads as one set.
Agent cards
Reordering refills the same options, so a new agent's cards match the branding exactly. 500 from $119.
Two things worth knowing before you order
Corflute is bulky and light, so couriers charge it by volume, not weight. That is why boards are sold in fives and priced delivered: five are $160 including GST with the courier already paid, and we produce them in the state they are going to rather than shipping boards interstate. See corflute or ACM for how long a board lasts outdoors and when to use the tougher material instead.
A photo board is only as good as the photo file behind it. Real estate photography is usually shot for web, at web resolution — check it against the finished sign size with the free resolution checker before you order, so a 900mm board is not printed from a file that was only ever meant to be 800 pixels wide.
What an agency account actually gets you
The part that is not the printing
It is the same job with a different name on it. The same board, the same sticker set, the same agent card, twenty times a year. Once we hold your templates, a reorder is a reply to an email rather than a brief — you send the address and the photo, and the specification, colours and stock come back from the last run without being re-specified.
One quote, however many products. A new agent starting usually means cards, a badge decal, a board set and a flyer run at once. That is one quote, one proof round, one invoice and one delivery — not four suppliers and four conversations, each with its own artwork request.
Artwork arrives however it arrives. A logo lifted from a website, a photo at screen resolution, a flyer built inside a listing portal. Fixing that is studio work, and it is the thing most printers either charge for or refuse — see what artwork setup costs, and when it is free.
Not on this page? Ask anyway. This is what we price off a page, not the limit of what we supply — name badges, window frosting, letterbox drops, awards, uniforms, a fitout for a new office. Send the brief and we will quote it, and if we cannot do it well we will say so and usually tell you who can.
Why late costs more than print
Agency print is deadline work. A listing goes live and the board has to be on the fence — and the cost of late is never the print, it is the campaign, and the vendor asking why. That is the whole reason the turnaround on this page counts from payment rather than from the order, and why the proof goes to your phone instead of into an email thread.
“Asked it to show me places i could get it printed, HSH Prints were emailed, (on a Sunday), sorted it out to fit required size, and gave me a quote of $160 delivered! Then by Wednesday it arrived at 11am. I think that’s super fast and I’m more than happy with the quality, and great communication.” — Google review, September 2026
Just listed, just sold — and the streets around it
The drop that turns one sale into the next appraisal
The board out front tells the street a listing exists. A flyer through the same streets is what actually reaches the neighbour who was thinking about selling but had not called anyone yet — and after settlement, a just-sold drop to the same streets is the single best-timed piece of marketing an agent sends all year. Neither needs the whole suburb: a walk of two or three streets around the property is commonly 100 to 300 homes, comfortably inside our smallest flyer run of 250, from $81.50.
For a new-to-the-area campaign rather than one property, the letterbox drop calculator gives the real 2021 Census dwelling count for any suburb or postcode in NSW, QLD and VIC, adds up as many as the campaign covers, and shows the flyer quantity that fits.

Common questions
Can you match the branding across boards, cards and A-frames?
Yes — send one brief and one set of colours, and we carry them across every item in the same order. Reorders later go back to the same specification automatically.
How fast can a board turn around for a new listing?
2-4 working days from payment, delivered, is standard for corflute. Need it sooner for a listing? Ask — a tighter date is quoted per job — talk to us or put the date on the order request. The clock starts when your payment lands, so a listing approved and paid on Monday has its board by Friday.
What size are real estate signs in Australia?
The standard Australian for-sale board is 600 × 900mm on 5mm corflute, printed one or both sides, and 900 × 600mm is the same board turned landscape. 1200 × 900mm is the next step up and is what agencies use for a premium listing or a development frontage. Open-home pointer signs run on the same board and the same production, which is why an agency ordering both at once pays one freight line rather than two.
How much do real estate and for sale signs cost?
A for sale board is a 600 × 900mm corflute; five of them are $160 including GST and delivery, and the per-board price falls with quantity — $24.70 each at ten and $14.30 at thirty, with the sign design included. That is why an agency ordering a season of boards at once pays so much less a board. SOLD and LEASED stickers to update an existing board start at $48.10 for 5, and they post flat in a satchel, so unlike the boards they go anywhere in Australia.
Do you supply eyelets or stakes for boards?
Eyelets, yes — see the corflute signs page for the option. Stakes and frames are a local hardware or signage-fixing purchase, not something we supply.
How many flyers do I need for a just-listed or just-sold drop?
Almost never the whole suburb — two or three streets around the property is commonly 100 to 300 homes. Use the letterbox drop calculator for the real Census dwelling count if you are covering a wider area than one listing — search by suburb or postcode, and add several if the campaign runs across a few.
