The date does not move, so plan backwards from it
Promotional merchandise takes longer than printed banners — two to three weeks is normal from artwork approval, because branded goods are sourced and decorated to order rather than pulled off a shelf. Banners can usually be turned around faster. If you are ordering both for the same date, start the merchandise earlier.

Can a banner ship straight to the venue, not to us?
Yes — give us the venue address and the date it needs to arrive by, and we address the delivery accordingly.
What if we need the same stand for multiple events this year?
The pull-up banner cassette is reusable, so a reprint of just the graphic for the next event costs considerably less than a new banner each time — keep the base.
Can you supply just the merchandise without print?
Yes, order what the stand actually needs — see promotional products to send an enquiry with the item and quantity.
Do you do wedding and private-event signage?
Yes — welcome signs and seating charts on foam board for the easel at the door, and printed coasters with the names and the date for the bar. Signs are quoted per job; coasters start at $161.70 for 50, delivered. Both are proofed before anything prints.
