Quoted to your brief

Promotional goods are sourced to your brief rather than held on a shelf, so the price depends on the item, the print and the quantity. Every job is quoted properly, in writing, before you pay anything, usually within four business hours.

What we can do, and the usual minimums

  • Branded pens — minimum 100. The workhorse of every conference bag.
  • Keyrings and badges — minimum 100.
  • Lanyards — minimum 100. Printed or woven, with a safety breakaway.
  • Stubby holders — minimum 50.
  • Tote bags — minimum 50. Calico, canvas or non-woven.
  • Notebooks — minimum 50.
  • Ceramic mugs — minimum 36.
  • Drink bottles — minimum 50. Plastic, or stainless steel for engraving.
  • USB drives — minimum 50.
  • Caps and beanies — minimum 25. Embroidered.
  • Umbrellas — minimum 25.

Minimums are typical, not fixed: if you need fewer, ask. The price depends on the item, how many colours, how many positions and your deadline; more colours or a rush move it up, and ordering well past the minimum moves it down.

Delivered Australia-wide

Promotional products are everyday items branded with your logo — pens, drink bottles, tote bags, caps, USBs and lanyards. They go into conference bags, onto reception counters and out across a trade show stand, and they work by being kept rather than read. Sourced and quoted per job, because the item, the print method and the quantity each move the number, and minimums apply.

Ask for a sample before you commit

Especially on anything people keep

A drink bottle that photographs beautifully online can feel like a yoghurt container in the hand, and you find that out after 250 of them arrive. So ask us for a sample — say so in your enquiry and we will get one to you, plain or branded, before you commit to the run.

Worth doing on anything a customer or a staff member keeps and uses: bottles, caps, bags, notebooks. Less critical on pens and keyrings, where a sample is mostly about confirming the print position and the logo's legibility at that size.

Not on the list?

The list above is the everyday catalog, not the limit. Corporate gifts, event merchandise, uniforms and workwear, tech accessories, drinkware, eco and recycled ranges, sunscreen and hand sanitiser, first-aid kits, tools, esky bags, picnic rugs, golf gear, awards and trophies — if it can carry a logo, it can usually be sourced.

Describe what you are after and we will come back with options and prices. Two or three lines is plenty: what the item is, roughly how many, what it is for, and when you need it by. If you have seen it somewhere and can send a photo or a link, better still.

If you are kitting out an event, say so — banners, flyers and name badges usually ride along on the same job, and one delivery beats three. See pull-up banners and flyers.
