Request this orderDL, A5 or A4, one side or both, on four stocks from 115gsm to 300gsm. Every size, stock and quantity is priced as its own figure rather than as a surcharge on a base rate, because that is how the press charges us — so pick the job and the price is the price. 250 from $78.65 including GST, 2-4 working days on press from payment.
What you get here that a web-to-print box does not give you: you see the proof, mark up anything wrong, and only then pay — nothing is charged before you have approved it. And the prepress tools on this site will tell you whether your bleed is right before you even order — free, in your browser, nothing uploaded.

Common questions
How much does it cost to print 500 flyers?
500 DL flyers cost $94.50 including GST, printed one side on 150gsm gloss. The same 500 on both sides is $0.24 each, A5 one side is $0.23 each and A4 one side $0.37 each. Every combination of size, sides, stock and quantity has its own price on the configurator above rather than being worked out from a base rate. Delivery Australia-wide is included in that price.
What is the minimum flyer order?
The smallest flyer order is 250 flyers, at $78.65 including GST. Per-flyer cost drops sharply with quantity, so 500 is usually the sensible floor for anything being handed out or letterboxed.
How many flyers do I need for a letterbox drop?
Depends on the ground you are covering. For the streets around one job — the usual real estate or tradie drop — a two to three street walk is commonly 100 to 300 homes, well inside our smallest run. For a whole suburb, the letterbox drop calculator gives you the real 2021 Census dwelling count for that suburb and the flyer quantity that covers it, priced from this page's own tiers.
How long does flyer printing take?
Flyers take 2-4 working days from payment, delivered. Need it sooner? Ask — a tighter date is quoted per job — talk to us or put the date on the order request. The clock starts when you approve, not when you order. Every job runs at the nearest press we work with to where it is going.
What size should a flyer be?
DL, which is 99 × 210mm, is the standard flyer size in Australia, because it fits a business envelope and a brochure rack. A5 is 148 × 210mm and gives noticeably more room for the same money. A4 is 210 × 297mm and suits detailed information rather than a quick read.
Is double sided flyer printing more expensive?
Yes, and how much more depends on the size and the run rather than on a single surcharge — printing the second side is mostly a setup, so it costs proportionally less the more you print. On 500 DL at 150gsm it is the difference between $94.50 and $0.24 each; the configurator above shows the exact figure for your job before you order. Put one idea on the front and the detail on the back.
How much bleed do flyers need?
Flyers need 3mm of bleed on all four edges, with nothing important closer than 3mm inside the trim. Supply CMYK at 300dpi at final size. The safe area checker will tell you in millimetres whether anything is too close to the edge, and it runs in your browser rather than uploading the file.
What happens if the job arrives wrong?
Tell the desk as soon as it lands, with a photo of what you received. If the fault is in the making, it is remade under the reprints policy; if it is in the artwork, we say so straight rather than reprinting the same mistake. When your print arrives wrong walks through what to photograph and what to expect.
Can I print flyers for a real estate letterbox drop?
Yes. A5 and DL flyers on 150gsm are the usual choice for a letterbox drop: a photo, the address, the inspection time and your contact details. Add a QR code to the listing if you like. Ask for a proof, check the inspection date twice, and allow time for the drop itself.

How many, and on what
The two decisions that matter
Quantity is where the money is. 250 DL flyers cost $81.50 and 1000 cost $115.50 — four times the flyers for less than twice the price. If you are letterboxing a suburb or stocking a counter for a season, 1000 is almost always the right call; 250 is for a single event or a test run.
And the setup is on us, on every order. Bleed, size, colour, resolution: getting a Canva or AI file ready for the press is free with any print order. Design from scratch — a flyer laid out from nothing — is quoted before we start, so you decide before anything is spent.
Stock is about how it will be handled. 150gsm gloss is the letterbox and hand-out weight: it is what most flyers are, and it is fine. 250gsm gloss stands up in a brochure rack instead of curling. 300gsm feels like a card rather than a leaflet — worth it when the flyer is doing the job of a menu or a price list that someone keeps. 115gsm is the lightest we run and, unusually, it is not the cheapest — it is a specialty sheet bought in small quantities rather than by the pallet, so none of the volume that makes 150gsm cheap applies to it. It is here for the feel of a lighter leaflet, not to save money.
Made the artwork with AI? Flyers are the most common thing people bring us from an image generator, and the text usually needs setting again in real type before it will print. We fix those rather than rejecting them — what goes wrong, and what each fix costs.
You will see a proof before it prints
No login required
Once your artwork is in, we send a link that opens on your phone. Zoom in, drop a pin exactly where something is wrong, draw on it, and send it back. Nothing goes to press until you approve it. Try a sample proof — nothing is sent.
If it comes back wrong against an approved proof, that is on us. If it matches the proof you approved, it is not — which is why the proof is worth two minutes of your time.
