What we look for
Work that matches the proof, finished properly and packed to survive the courier. Someone who answers when a job has a question. Honest turnaround times, said up front, so we never promise a customer something you cannot do.
We work with presses across Australia, so it helps to know which states you deliver to and what your machines handle best. We cannot promise any volume of work: jobs go where they fit, and we will be honest about how much there is.

How much work will you send?

Do customers know who printed their job?
No. Jobs ship without your name, and the customer deals with us from the order to the delivery.
Who checks the artwork?
We do, before the customer approves a proof. If something in a file will not print as expected, tell us before you run it.
How are partners paid?
At the trade prices and payment terms we agree with you before the first job.
