Common questions about custom pens
What is the minimum order for custom pens?
From 50, depending on the style. Each product shows its own minimum, and the price per item falls as the quantity grows. For fewer, ask us.
How much do custom pens cost?
From $0.79 each including GST, with your logo in one position. A one-off logo setup and $16.50 delivery are added once per order. Each product page shows the price at every quantity.
Why do I pay when I order?
Branded goods are made to order and cannot be resold, so we take payment at checkout. You see a proof of your logo on the product first. If you cancel before approving the proof, you get a full refund.
Will I see a proof?
Yes. We place your logo on the product and send a proof link that opens on your phone. Nothing is made until you approve it.
