Four business hours · no payment now
Send what you need and the date it has to arrive. We check with the presses and reply within four business hours with a price and a straight answer on the date. We would rather tell you no than promise a date we cannot keep.
What it is, how many, and when it has to be in your hands. Attach the artwork if it is ready: a print-ready file is the biggest time saver there is.
We ask the presses that make that product what they can do this week, and work back from your date: proof, printing, then delivery to your suburb.
If it can be done, you get the price and the date in writing. If it cannot, we say so, and suggest what could make it work: a smaller run first, a different stock, or a later date.
We do not promise it, because what the presses can do changes from week to week. Send the job and the date and we will tell you honestly what is possible. Most products here are normally 2–4 working days, delivered, and each product page shows its own turnaround.
Only if the job needs one, and never added silently. If meeting your date costs more, the reply says how much before you agree to anything. Often it costs nothing extra: the date simply works.
Three things save the most time: send print-ready artwork with the request, approve the proof as soon as it arrives, and pay the invoice the same day. Payment follows your proof approval, so printing starts once both are done.
We say so in the reply, rather than taking the order and hoping. Where it helps, we suggest another way: a smaller batch first and the rest after, a stock that is in hand, or a simpler finish.
Sometimes, by arrangement for that job. Ask in the notes and we will tell you whether it is possible and where.
Couriers can be held up, so plan a little slack where you can. If a job is late because of us, reprints and remakes says what we do about it, and delivery covers the rest.
No deadline? The quick quote form is the same desk, and every product and its live price is on the site.
