Common Christmas card questions
How much do printed Christmas cards cost?
A6: $129 for 50, $149 for 100 and $179 for 150. A5: $149, $169 and $199. Envelopes add $0.10 a card. Every price includes GST and delivery Australia-wide.
Can I put my own message inside?
Yes. All four pages are yours: the design on the front, the message inside, and your logo and details on the back. Leave room inside if you want to sign each card by hand; the matt card takes a pen.
Do you print corporate Christmas cards?
Yes — these are made for businesses: your design and logo on the front and back, your company’s message inside, and room to sign each one by hand. Order 50, 100 or 150 here; for more, ask for a price.
Do they come with envelopes?
Only if you choose them in the box above: $0.10 a card, one envelope per card, sized to the card.
Can I order more than 150?
Online runs are 50, 100 or 150. For more, ask for a price and it is quoted the same day.
How long do they take?
Printed in 1–2 working days when the proof is approved and paid by 12pm Sydney time (after 12pm, from the next working day), then sent by parcel post — 2-4 working days delivered. A fast approval is a fast job. Check the Christmas dates before you leave it late.
What happens if the job arrives wrong?
Tell the desk as soon as it lands, with a photo of what you received. If the fault is in the making, it is remade under the reprints policy; if it is in the artwork, we say so straight rather than reprinting the same mistake.

Getting the cards out before Christmas
Work back from the day they go in the post
Approve your proof by Friday 11 December for cards you need in hand before Christmas. The last day we can make anything is set by the 12pm Tuesday 15 December cut-off, and production closes from Friday 18 December to Monday 4 January. Cards going in the post need the post’s own Christmas time on top, so order those in November. The Christmas page has every date.
How many Christmas cards should a business order?
Count the clients, suppliers and staff you want to thank, then add about one in ten for the names you remember late and the card that gets smudged while signing. A small business usually lands on 50 or 100; a list over 150 is quoted.
What should a business write inside a Christmas card?
Keep it short, thank them for the year and sign it by hand. A few that work:
- “Thank you for your business this year. Wishing you a safe and happy Christmas, and a great start to the new year.”
- “It has been a pleasure working with you in 2026. Merry Christmas from all of us.”
- “Thanks for being part of our year. Enjoy the break, and we look forward to seeing you in 2027.”
Print the message and leave room under it to sign, or leave the inside blank and write each one; the matt card takes a pen either way.
Should the card say Christmas or season’s greetings?
Either works; it is your call and your clients. Many businesses print “Season’s greetings” on the front and say Christmas inside. The greeting card is the same folded card for any other time of year.
When does your office close for Christmas?
Production closes from Friday 18 December 2026 to Monday 4 January 2027 and starts again on Tuesday 5 January. If you put your own closing dates inside the card, check them against your holiday hours sign so the two agree.
