Common election sign questions
How much do election signs cost?
One 600 × 900mm corflute sign costs $89, 50 cost $474 and 500 cost $3184, including GST and delivery Australia-wide. The heavier 5mm board costs a little more from ten signs up; the full table is above.
When do I need to order for the Victorian election?
Polling day is Saturday 28 November 2026. Order and approve your proof by Monday 9 November to have signs up for early voting, and by Friday 20 November at the latest for polling day. If your date is tighter, put it on the order request and we will tell you straight whether it can be done.
Does my sign need an authorisation statement?
Yes. Electoral material in Australia carries the name and address of the person who authorised it. Put it on the artwork in type people can read; our Victorian guide and NSW guide show where it goes. We check it is on the proof before anything prints.
3mm or 5mm corflute?
3mm is the usual election board: light, cheap to put up in numbers and fine for a few weeks on a fence. 5mm is stiffer and stands up better on stakes in the wind or on a site that runs for months.
How do I put them up?
On a fence, choose four-corner eyelets and use cable ties. On a lawn or verge, add metal H-stakes: push the stake into the ground and slide the sign down onto it. The stakes come in packs of 10, and you can also buy them on their own as sign stakes and holders.
Can you design the sign?
Yes. Send the candidate's name, the party or colours, a photo if you want one and the authorisation line, and the artwork setup service lays it out for your approval.

You will see a proof before it prints
No login required
Once your artwork is in, we set it on the board and send a link that opens on your phone. Check the name, the colours and the authorisation line, drop a pin where something is wrong, and send it back. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
If it comes back wrong against an approved proof, that is on us. If it matches the proof you approved, it is not — which is why the proof is worth a careful read.
