What moves the number
- The kind of wall. An adjustable frame with a printed vinyl backdrop, or a stretch-fabric wall that zips over its frame with no creases.
- Size. From 2 × 2m to 3 × 2.4m in vinyl; fabric walls 2.2m high and 1.5m to 6m wide, straight or curved.
- Frame or print only. Already have a frame? The printed backdrop costs about half.
- One side or both. Fabric walls can be printed on the back too, for a wall that stands in the open.
- Design. Included. Send your logos and sponsors, and our designers lay out the step-and-repeat to the size.

A media wall is the printed backdrop people stand in front of for photos: the sponsor wall at a gala, the logo wall at a launch, the step-and-repeat at a club presentation night. Every photo taken in front of it carries your name. Two kinds: an adjustable frame with a printed vinyl backdrop, which packs into its own carry bag, and a stretch-fabric wall that zips over a tube frame and photographs without creases or glare.
Design and artwork setup are included. Send your logo and your sponsors’ logos; our designers set the repeat to the size, sized so a logo still reads behind two people standing in front of it, and you approve a proof on your phone before anything prints. Delivery Australia-wide is in the price too.

Common questions
How much does a media wall cost?
It is quoted per job, because the kind of wall, the size and whether you need the frame all move the price. Send the size and the event date, and a written price comes back within 4 business hours, GST, delivery and the design included.
Vinyl or fabric?
Vinyl on the adjustable frame is the lower cost and quick to set up, and it suits a wall that stands against a wall. Fabric stretches tight over its frame, so it photographs with no creases and no glare from the flash, folds small, and can be printed on both sides for a wall that stands in the open.
Do you make exhibition backdrops?
Yes. A media wall is the backdrop for an exhibition stand as much as for an event: the vinyl wall on its adjustable frame, or a stretch-fabric wall up to 6m wide, with the design included. Pair it with a table throw and a pull-up banner in front.
Is the design really included?
Yes, on this product. Send your logo and your sponsors’ logos; our designers lay out the step-and-repeat so each logo still reads behind people standing in front of it. You approve a proof on your phone before anything prints.
What size do I need?
For two or three people in a photo, 2.3 × 2.3m is the usual choice. For a group, or a wall people walk along, go to 3m wide. Measure the space it stands in, and leave room in front for the photographer to step back.
Can I reuse the frame next year?
Yes. Keep the frame and order a new printed backdrop or fabric cover for the next event; it costs much less than the full kit.
How long does it take?
