It is the standard trade show, conference and foyer display — up in a minute, and down in a minute into its own base. The cassette is reusable, so a replacement print later costs considerably less than a second banner.

Common questions
How much does a pull-up banner cost?
A standard pull-up banner is $160 and a premium one, on the heavier, more durable base, is $280 — each including GST, the base and delivery, and the same price per banner however many you order. Both are printed on PVC blockout, so there is no upgrade to buy to stop a window showing through.
What is the difference between a standard and a premium pull-up banner?
The base. The print is the same on both: 850 × 2000mm on high-quality PVC blockout. The standard base is lighter and economical — 3.2kg packed — and suits a stall, a one-off event or a banner standing behind a table. The premium base is heavier and more durable — 4.7kg packed, $120 more — for a banner that is put up and packed down week after week, or stands where people walk past it all day. The premium also comes 1200mm wide, by quote.
How long do pull-up banners take?
Pull-up banners take 2-4 working days from payment, delivered. Need it sooner? Ask — a tighter date is quoted per job — talk to us or put the date on the order request. They are printed and assembled at the nearest press we work with to where they are going, so a banner for a trade show does not spend two of those days on a truck.
What size is a pull-up banner?
A pull-up banner is 850 × 2000mm, and artwork is supplied at exactly that size with no bleed — the media is printed to the finished width. Inside it, keep everything that matters 15mm in from each side, 50mm down from the top and 100mm up from the bottom: the top goes into the rail and the bottom rolls into the cassette, so neither is visible once the banner is standing. That leaves a safe zone of roughly 820 × 1850mm. The artwork still has to fill the whole 2000mm, or a white strip shows when it is pulled up. There is a free template with all of it marked.
What resolution does a pull-up banner need?
150dpi at final size is enough for a pull-up banner, because it is read from a metre or more away. 300dpi at 2000mm tall is a needlessly enormous file that looks identical from any distance a person can stand at. The resolution checker gives you the real figure at the real size.
Can I reprint just the graphic later?
Yes — the cassette base is reusable, so a replacement print costs considerably less than a whole new banner. Keep the base when the message changes. Tell us it is a replacement print when you order and we will match it to the base you already have.
What happens if the job arrives wrong?
Tell the desk as soon as it lands, with a photo of what you received. If the fault is in the making, it is remade under the reprints policy; if it is in the artwork, we say so straight rather than reprinting the same mistake.
