Request this orderEvery notice a site entry needs on one board, 900 × 1200mm or 600 × 900mm — access by arrangement, danger, PPE beyond this point with the pictograms, induction, alcohol and drugs, emergency, owner access — with the builder, licence number, surveyor, permit, site address and contact filled in from what you type. Every field is optional: fill in what you want printed, add your logo, and leave the rest blank for filling in on site. Watch it land on the board in the preview, then approve a proof before it prints. Sold in fives, from $160 including GST and delivery — one for each gate, and spares for the next site.

Common questions
How much does a site safety sign cost?
Five 600 × 900mm boards are $160 including GST and delivery, with your details filled in, and $24.70 each at ten. Boards are sold in fives, from 5 to 30. The full 900 × 1200mm board adds $14.30 per board, and four corner eyelets add $2.20. It is the same corflute at the same price as a plain corflute sign of that size; the layout and the pictograms come with it.
Which size should I order?
900 × 1200mm is the board as it is drawn and the one to use at a site entry, where it is read from the footpath. 600 × 900mm is the common fence size and what developers usually order for a hoarding panel or a second board further along the site. The 600 × 900mm board carries the same layout scaled to fit, which leaves a white margin of about 50mm at the top and bottom — the notices, the pictograms and your details all shrink together, so nothing is cropped and nothing is stretched. The preview shows exactly what you get at either size.
Do I need to upload artwork?
No. Fill in the fields and the board is set from them; the checkout will not ask you for a file. The one exception is your logo: choose it on this page to see it on the board, and the checkout asks you to attach that one file so we can place it at print size.
Can I leave the fields blank and fill the board in myself?
Yes — every field on this board is optional. Leave one blank and its label prints with the line beside it, the way the board is drawn, ready for a marker on site. Some builders order the board with nothing but their logo on it for exactly that reason.
Can I put my logo on it?
Yes, in two places. Choose the file on this page and it appears at the head of the board, above the details, and again at the foot beside your line — one file, both positions, at no extra cost. The checkout then asks you to attach that file. Vector artwork (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) prints sharpest at 900mm wide, and a large PNG is fine. The file is only read by your own browser on this page — nothing is uploaded until the checkout.
Can I change the wording of the notices?
Not on this board — the notices are fixed, which is what makes it a product rather than a design job. If your safety plan needs different wording, order a corflute sign with your own artwork, or ask the desk and we quote the design.
Is this the sign the WHS Regulation requires?
Partly. Clause 308 of the NSW and Queensland WHS Regulations requires the principal contractor's name, phone numbers including an after-hours number, and the site office location, visible from outside the site. This board carries the builder's name and a phone number; the after-hours number and site office are on the dedicated principal contractor sign. The rule, in full.
How long does it take?
2-4 working days from payment, delivered. Need it sooner? Ask — a tighter date is quoted per job — talk to us or put the date on the order request. Because the board is set from your details there is no file to check first, so the proof usually goes out the same business day.
Why is the preview watermarked?
Because the layout is ours. The preview exists so you can check your spelling on the board before ordering; the print file is set from the same details at the desk and you approve it as a proof.
What happens if the sign arrives wrong?
Tell the desk as soon as it lands, with a photo. If the fault is in the making, it is remade under the reprints policy; if a detail was typed wrong and approved on the proof, we say so straight and reprint it at the normal price.
Do you have single safety signs as well?
The free sign library has single A4 safety signs — danger, keep out, hard hat area, no smoking, first aid and more — in the AS 1319 shapes and colours, to print today. Any of them can be made on corflute too.

What is on the board
Top to bottom
Your details — builder, builder licence number, building surveyor, building permit number, site address, site contact and phone, each after its label at the head of the board. Every one of them is optional: a blank field prints its label and the line beside it, which is what a builder who fills the board in on site with a marker wants.
Access to this site is permitted only by previous arrangement with the builder, on red. Danger · construction site · unauthorised persons keep out, the black-and-red panel. Protective equipment must be worn beyond this point, with the four mandatory pictograms — safety boots, hi-vis, hard hat, hearing and eye protection — in AS 1319 blue.
All contractors must have proof of industry safety induction training prior to commencing work, on yellow. Alcohol and drugs not permitted on this site, and in case of emergency call 000 and contact the site manager on the mobile number provided. Property owners should contact the builder to arrange access, on green. Then the box for your logo and your line. Your logo prints twice — once at the head of the board, above the details, and once at the foot beside your line — both from the one file.
At 600 × 900mm the whole layout is scaled to fit the narrower board and centred, so it prints at 600 × 800mm with about 50mm of white board above and below it. Nothing is cropped or stretched; the type is smaller in proportion, which is why the bigger board is the one for a street frontage.
The principal contractor sign the WHS Regulations name is a separate, simpler board — it is here, and the rule is here. Many sites put both up: this one at the entry, that one where it is read from the street.
You will see a proof before it prints
No login required
The preview on this page is a watermarked picture of the layout with your words on it — enough to check the spelling, not a print file. Once the order is in, we set the board from what you typed and send a proof link that opens on your phone. Check every digit of the phone number and send it back if anything is wrong. Nothing goes to press until you approve it.
If it comes back wrong against an approved proof, that is on us. If it matches the proof you approved, it is not — which is why the proof is worth two minutes of your time.
