Make a QR-code sign for your counter, table or window
A card that opens your Google review page, your menu, the Wi-Fi or your booking page when a customer points their phone at it. Type the address, pick a size, and print it or save it as a PDF. The code is checked for the size it will print at, so it scans from where people actually stand.
1. What should it open?
2. What should it say?
3. Size and look
Print at 100% (“actual size”), not “fit to page”, and scan the printed sheet with your own phone before you put it out.
Getting it printed properly
A sheet of printer paper lasts a week on a table
QR code stickers
The same code on vinyl for a table top, a till or a window, designed and checked on the page and ordered online. From $32.10.
An A-frame on the footpath
“Scan for the menu” where people walk past, on a weighted frame with a replaceable panel. From $198.
Table cards on heavy stock
A5 cards on 300gsm, stiff enough to stand in a holder and wipe down. Send this PDF with your order and it prints as it is.
Common questions
Where do I find my Google review link?
In your Google Business Profile: search your business name on Google while signed in, choose Ask for reviews or Get more reviews, and copy the link it gives you. It opens the review box with your business already chosen, which is the difference between a customer leaving a review and giving up.
How big does the code need to be?
Big enough for each little square to print at least 0.6mm wide — the tool checks that for the size you pick and says so under the preview. As a rule of thumb, a code scans from about ten times its own width away, so a 60mm code on a table card reads from arm’s length and a code on a poster across the room needs to be much larger. How big should a QR code be has the detail.
Will the code stop working?
No. It is a plain code with your address inside it — no redirect through us or anyone else, nothing that expires, no subscription. It works for as long as the page it points at does. That is also the one thing to get right: point a menu code at an address that will not change when the menu does.
Is anything I type sent anywhere?
No. The code and the sign are drawn in your browser, and the PDF is made there too. Nothing you type leaves your device unless you choose to send us the file for printing.
Can you make it match our branding?
Yes — your colours, your logo, a styled code. That is what the branded option on QR code stickers does on the page, and for a printed card or sign designed around your branding, the design is quoted before we start — setting up a finished file you send is free.
