How to design a poster online, free
The Posters page has free designs made for its size. Pick one, change the words, press Done, and the print file joins your order. You approve a proof before anything prints.

The steps in the video
- Open the Posters page and scroll to Design it online.
- Tap a free design. The video uses grand opening.
- It opens in our online designer at the size you are ordering, with the bleed already added.
- Tap the business name and type your own. In the video: Bloom Florist.
- Tap the date and type yours. In the video: Saturday 7 November · from 9am.
- Press Done — add to my order. The print file goes with your order, and you approve a proof before anything prints.
The video has no sound. The names and numbers typed in it are made up.
Common questions
Is the online designer free?
Yes. Every design and the designer itself are free. You pay for the printing only.
Can I add my logo or a photo?
Yes. Add your logo, a photo or your own artwork in the designer, and move or resize anything on the design.
What if I get stuck?
Open a design and press Stuck? at the top. We fill the design in with your words for you, free.
Do I see it before it prints?
Yes. We send a proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
