High-tack vinyl has a stronger adhesive than a standard sticker, under a gloss laminate. Use it on textured, powder-coated and hard-to-stick surfaces where an ordinary sticker lifts: tools, equipment, bins and machinery. How much do heavy-duty stickers cost?
10 stickers start at $33 including GST and delivery. 100 die-cut 5 × 5cm stickers cost $89, and 500 cost $236.
What is a high-tack sticker?
A vinyl sticker with a stronger, more aggressive adhesive. It grips surfaces a standard sticker struggles with and is far less likely to peel at the edges.
What surfaces are they for?
Textured plastics, powder-coated metal, toolboxes, power tools, hard hats, wheelie bins, machinery and outdoor equipment. Clean the surface and let it dry before applying.
Can I remove them later?
Not easily, and that is the point. They are made to stay put, so they are the wrong choice for delicate surfaces, painted walls or anything temporary. For a sticker you will take off, choose standard stickers.
How long do they last outdoors?
Up to seven years indoors or outdoors. The gloss laminate protects the print from weather, scratches and oil. Solvents, pressure washing and heavy rubbing shorten any sticker’s life.
How are they different from laminated stickers?
Both are laminated white vinyl. Heavy-duty stickers add the stronger adhesive. If the surface is smooth, like glass or a laptop, laminated stickers are enough.
What is the minimum order?
10 stickers of any shape and size, or five sheets.
How long do they take?
4-8 working days from payment, delivered. Need them by a date? Send the job and the date and we will check before promising anything. The cut line is checked against your artwork as part of the proof.

Once your artwork is in, we send a link that opens on your phone. Zoom in, drop a pin exactly where something is wrong, draw on it, and send it back. Nothing goes to press until you approve it. Try a sample proof — nothing is sent.
If it comes back wrong against an approved proof, that is on us. If it matches the proof you approved, it is not — which is why the proof is worth two minutes of your time.
