Common notepad questions
How much do custom notepads cost?
50 A6 pads of 25 sheets start at $187, and 100 A5 pads of 50 sheets cost $422, including GST and delivery Australia-wide. The price is set by size, sheets per pad and how many pads; the full grid is above. More than 500 pads is quoted.
Which size should I choose?
A5 is the desk pad most offices and agents use. DL is the long, narrow to-do and shopping-list pad that lives on a fridge or beside the phone. A6 fits a pocket or a car console, and A4 suits a reception desk or meeting notes.
Can I write on them with any pen?
Yes. The paper is uncoated, so ballpoint, gel, felt-tip and pencil all take, and nothing smudges the way it can on gloss.
What artwork do you need?
One page at the size you choose, as a PDF with 3mm of bleed and words and logos at least 5mm inside the edge. Keep the design to the top or the bottom so there is room to write. If you only have a logo and the words, artwork setup lays it out for you, priced per job.
How long do notepads take?
Allow 5-8 working days once you approve the proof, plus delivery Australia-wide; your proof page carries a tracker link with the due date on it. Need it by a particular day? Put the date on the order request and we will tell you straight whether it can be done. Pads are glued and dried after printing, which is why they run longer than flat print.

If it comes back wrong against an approved proof, that is on us. If it matches the proof you approved, it is not — which is why the proof is worth a careful read.
