A7 is 74 × 105mm (7.4 × 10.5cm, or 2.91 × 4.13 inches). It is used for tickets, raffle books, small notepads, labels and pocket flyers. An eighth of A4, about the size of a playing card.

Portrait, width first. Landscape is the same two numbers the other way round. Pixels are for setting up a file: at 300 dpi the print is sharp at arm’s length.
