Foolscap is 203.2 × 330.2mm (20.3 × 33cm, or 8.00 × 13.00 inches). It is used for folders, lever-arch files and older legal documents. 8 x 13 inches. The metric F4 sheet, 210 x 330mm, is close enough that foolscap folders and files take both.
